At Ramy Brook, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn, tagged merchandise. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or credit.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back or exchange.

Print Your Label

Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid UPS shipping label and a return packing slip to include inside your package.

Pack and Ship

Securely pack your items in their original packaging, attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized UPS location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed back to your original payment method.
